SOARée 2025 Cheers to 40 Years
Miracle Flights’ most significant and unique fundraiser took place on Friday, March 28th, at the luxurious and modern Thrive Aviation Private Jet Hangar. Guests enjoyed an evening of signature cocktails, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and dazzling entertainment that captured the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas.
The night culminated in an extraordinary giveaway, where three lucky couples won a lavish weekend escapeto Sonoma County aboard a private jet, complete with exclusive accommodations, car service, and a oncein-a-lifetime experience valued at $20,000. The plane departed immediately following the event, whisking guests away in style.
This year’s SOARée proudly honored former Las Vegas Mayor Jan Jones Blackhurst and celebrated Asher, a local Miracle Flights recipient, whose story served as a powerful reminder of the evening’s purpose.

His First Voice. Their First Tears: Our 2025 Child Ambassador
What does a Miracle Flight look like? At times, it sounds like a voice heard for the very first time. Asher, an 18-month-old from Las Vegas, was born with a life-threatening airway condition that left him completely silent, unable even to cry. Thanks to Miracle Flights, Asher’s family was able to travel to Boston for the specialized care he urgently needed.
Following a successful airway reconstruction surgery, Asher’s airway is now open, and in September, his family had the joyous experience of hearing his voice for the first time. "Words could never fully express our gratitude," his mother shared. Asher’s journey underscores the profound impact of access to medical care and the strength of the Miracle Flights community.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Incredible Sponsors
On October 24, 2024, with the help of our community partners—Southwest Airlines and Harry Reid International Airport—along with U.S. House Representative Dina Titus (NV-1) and Clark County Nevada Commissioner Jim Gibson, we celebrated a milestone event: reaching 100-million-mile in flights. Our 100-million-mile Miracle Flyer, Luna, and her mother were also on hand to help us celebrate as they boarded the milestone flight.
